Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, products, and general contracting services available via Ba Constructions SàRL. Your access to our construction and engineering services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms contained herein.

Intellectual Property & Construction Assets

This Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any third-party intellectual property. All right, title, and interest in architectural designs, engineering schematics, proprietary project timelines, and custom blueprints developed by Ba Constructions SàRL remain the property of Ba Constructions SàRL until explicitly transferred via a separate Contracting Agreement.

Construction & Engineering Service Terms

Our services, including milestones, deliverables, building implementations, and site management terms, will be outlined in a specific Statement of Work. While we adhere to rigorous timelines, we do not guarantee against force majeure events, severe weather delays, or unexpected geological anomalies beyond the control of Ba Constructions SàRL.

Third-Party Subcontractors & Suppliers

In executing construction projects, Ba Constructions SàRL coordinates with specialized third-party subcontractors and material suppliers. You agree that Ba Constructions SàRL shall oversee these entities but is not liable for material supply chain disruptions originating entirely from external manufacturers.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ba Constructions SàRL is based. The proper venue for any legal disputes will be the courts located in said jurisdiction.
